Many of the items Collect A Lot Shop has for sale (found on pages with the Collect A Lot Shop blue roof logo) have been previously owned, but there are some that have never been used and some that are still in the original box!

The items are generally in good to excellent condition, but it is possible that a few of the items may have minor imperfections.  If I find any flaws or problems when packing, I will notify you right away, cancel your order and send you a refund if you have already paid for your items.  If I miss something, or if you are not satisfied with the item you receive, please contact me right away by telephone or e-mail (the item must be returned within 45 days from the date of purchase).

If you have any specific questions about the condition of an item before you buy, or if you need sizes or more pictures, please send an e-mail to collectalotshop@sbcglobal.net or send me a note, or call 1-800-957-3685 before you buy.  Also, please let me know if you would like to purchase more than one item.  I can combine shipping costs to save you money!

PAYMENT:  Collect A Lot Shop will accept a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card securely online though PayPal and Buy Now buttons.   PayPal will process your credit card payment for free and you don't have to have a PayPal account.  You will also have the option to pay with PayPal if you want to (helpful if you prefer to pay with a debit card or PayPal account).  Payment may also be made or by money order or cashiers check though the mail upon request.
